Working out has always been an interest of mine but it’s when I started coaching that I fell in love with what CrossFit is all about. CrossFit builds a strong community of people that all want to be healthier and stronger versions of themselves .
My goals for CrossFit AutoBody are very simple:
1) Build a strong community of people in and outside the gym that will welcome anyone in that wants to become a better version of themselves.
2) As a Coach, Care about each individual’s goals in order for them to succeed.
3) Have Fun!
